About The Position
TopGum is seeking a skilled Production Planning and Control Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. This role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maximizing efficiency.

- Lead and manage a team of production planners and coordinators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
