Sales Operations and Project manager
About The Position
Job Purpose:
- The Sales Operations and Project manager is responsible for enabling the Sales organization to operate with clarity, efficiency, and excellence.
- This role serves as the operational backbone of the commercial function—driving forecasting discipline, coordinating cross-functional workflows (Sales, Product, Operations, QA, Finance), and ensuring that both internal teams and customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support, overseeing the execution of multiple projects
- This position combines pre-sales coordination, process ownership, and commercial project management, ensuring that the commercial engine runs smoothly from lead to order and to delivery. (Pre-sales / 1St order)

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead and coordinate commercial and operational projects across Sales, Product, Operations, QA, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Build project timelines, define milestones, and ensure cross-functional accountability.
- Monitor progress and proactively escalate risks or bottlenecks.
- Drive the successful execution of new product introductions (NPI), first-PO onboarding processes, and changes to formulations, packaging, or regulatory requirements.
Communication, Alignment & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate clear communication between Sales, Product, Operations, and other functions.
- Prioritize and triage incoming commercial requests to ensure they receive appropriate attention and follow-up.
- Prepare executive-level summaries, presentations, and progress reports.
- Become a trusted partner to Sales Managers by providing structured insights and operational clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Sales Operations
- Pre-Sales / Commercial Coordination
- Project Management
- RevOps / Commercial Excellence
- (experience in manufacturing, CPG, nutraceuticals, or B2B production environments is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with CRM systems (Priority, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail, structured working style, and end-to-end ownership mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
